It's easy to set up white branding. Simply log into Client Portal and access the White Branding page in the Manage Account > Settings menu. After you have uploaded the banners and filled in the information you want to be displayed, implementation should take no more than two hours under normal circumstances, except for the Statements which can take up to 24 hours.

Interactive Brokers makes it easy for Brokers to customize the IBKR Trader Workstation (TWS) platform to display your company logo and company information in place of all IBKR details. The setup process is twofold: First you enter your company information in Client Portal, and then provide a link on your website for your clients to download and install TWS.1
Interactive Brokers provides the ability for Brokers and Professional Advisors to upload their own banners to white brand Client Portal, the IBKR Registration System, the statements that they provide to their customers, and PortfolioAnalyst reports. The main banner requires a 650x80 jpg or png image. All images need to be less than 50KB in size.
Upgrade existing banner images to png format to apply the most recent style to statements.
Do not use the Interactive Brokers banner as a template for your White Branding Banner. IBKR cannot endorse any Broker, and using a banner based on our corporate banner would give that impression. Please note that white branding of statements can take up to 24 hours from the time you upload your images.

Interactive Brokers provides the ability for Brokers and Professional Advisors to white brand emails that are sent to customers from the Registration System, Client Portal and Customer Service.Email Domain Server Configuration
You can White Brand the logo, trading system and company name in the Trader Workstation Users' Guide. The logo must be a 100 x 22 jpg or gif image with a maximum size of 50KB. You upload the logo and enter all of your White Brand information, including the trading system name and acronym, company name and acronym, and trading tool name on the White Branding page in Client Portal.
Interactive Brokers provides the ability for Brokers and Professional Advisors to white brand the Contract Database on the IBKR website by entering information in Client Portal. Part of the information you enter includes links to two images that you create - a leftmost image that must be 244 x 58 pixels and rightmost image that must be 371 x 58 pixels - and a link to your own stylesheet.
Any change will take effect within 12 hours.
